We're so sure you're going to love your ring, we offer you a hassle-free Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you receive your ring and decide it's not for you, return it within 30-days for a full refund. We just ask that you return it in new condition.
If you receive your ring and it's not quite the perfect fit, we make exchanges easy and effortless. Every order comes with a free ring sizer included in your package. Use your ring sizer to identify the correct size and then use our easy exchange portal to print a label & request that exchange. You have 90-days from the date of purchase to exchange your ring for the perfect size!
Last, but not least, every EMBR band purchase (starting in April 2024) comes with a FREE LIFETIME WARRANTY. It’s simple -
We will cover up to 2 replacements over the lifetime of your ring due to lost rings or damage of any kind, no questions asked
